Cala Bona

Cala Bona is a lovely resort to the East of the sunshine Island of Majorca. With many small cove like beaches and clear shallow waters, Cala Bona is the perfect place to spend a relaxing day on the beach.

Once a small fishing village, Cala Bona has grown into a bustling tourist town with it's original winding streets and quaint fishing port. Around the pretty harbour you will find many bars, cafes and restuarants. The fish restaurants in particular are good quality at decent prices.

Night time entertainment is mainly centred around the hotels but if you are looking for something a bit more lively Cala Millor is just 5 minutes away by taxi. Cala Millor is also recommended for it's long sandy beaches and you can reach this resort on foot from Cala Bona, in around 15 - 20 minutes.

There are also family bicycles you can hire which are relatively cheap and great fun! Hotels in Cala Bona are varied and are mostly 3 and 4 star rated. You are sure to find something to suit your budget whatever you are looking for, be it close to the beach, or close to the harbour.
